Yes... if that means line endings=the second has destroying offsets.

Hi Hermann,
I'm not very clever, all I did was dumped the files into a text editor to see the differences in the put url files and libURLDownloadToFile files.
Same as I did in a previous question you posted. They showed differences in encoding, line endings amongst others.

For Windows I use

Clearly my go-to tool, I have to admit I haven't used Notepad++
Mac, TextWrangler, it seems many are very happy with that.
On Linux I don't know.
