Setting the screen display

Post by maxs » Sat Jul 15, 2006 7:08 am

I need my program to work on IMacs, which display at 800,600, but have the capability to display at a higher definitiion. (IF you go to the "monitors" control panel. My rev window is larger than 800, 600. How can I get rev to set the screen display to a larger size?

(I'm guessing I need an external.)

Hi,

It might be possible to do this with AppleScript. It might be more useful, though, if your stack adjusted automatically to the screen resolution, rather than the reverse, particularly if you are going to publish your software. After all, my screen is mine, not yours, and I set it to a particular resolution with a reason.

Best,

Mark
