Hi.
Today I have purchased LiveCode University. After creating my account and login I go to Help --> Register LiveCode University and then I enter the USERNAME and KEY emailed to me, but the result is always "Incorrect name or registration key".
I am coping&pasting the username and key emailed, so I'm sure I am not misspelling it.
What can I do? How can I get support on this issue?

Have you tried entering the username and key manually (i.e. without copy-paste)?
You can email support@livecode.com if the problem is not resolved.

Yes, I have tried entering them manually.
I have activated from my Mac Mini without any problem, but in my PC with Windows 10 the problem persists.
For now, I can follow the course from my Mac.

We identified an issue yesterday with the Windows download from the fulfilment email - it was linking to the older version which will not unlock with the new code. This has now been corrected, but to get the correct download for Windows, please log in to your account, here:
https://livecode.com/account/learning/l ... university
and download from within your account. This will ensure you are getting the right download.
Apologies for the error.
