The LiveCode Store states that a dedicated IP address is needed to enable HPPTS for your website or store. My question is with multiple domains hosted on my account will I need dedicated addresses for each one? I also have a few MySQL databases how does that figure in?

Modern web browser and servers now support a single IP for multiple HTTPS websites, just as they did with HTTP.. They do this through a feature called Server Name Indication (SNI)
